Cancellation & Refunds Policy

  1. Teleconsultations
  2. Free cancellation of the appointment can only be done up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment (subject to choice of service availed). Any cancellation request made less than 2 hours to the appointment will be reviewed on a case to case basis. An appointment can be rescheduled any time upon payment of an adjustment fee (if applicable, amount depends on the current fee of the selected healthcare provider and the previous healthcare provider). There will be no adjustment fee applicable if the appointment is rescheduled with the same healthcare provider. No refunds will be processed in case of patient no-shows. In case the doctor fails to show up, the patient will have the choice of a reschedule or a complete refund. In case there are delays from the patient’s end, Uvi Health will not be liable and will not be able to provide a(n) refund/free reschedule/extended appointment duration et al.   3. Wellness Programs
    1. Subscription Billing: This policy applies if you're paying for your plan in instalments under Simpl or to Uvi Health directly. If you have subscribed on an instalment plan, your subscription will be for a minimum period of the length of the program (e.g. 3 month, 6 months) and your plan cannot be cancelled before the expiry of the term of the plan. You have the option to discontinue once the program has ended and not renew your subscription. You will still be asked to pay for the remainder duration of your plan.
    2. One Time Billing: This policy applies if you made a upfront payment for your entire plan. The program fee is non-refundable once paid.
However, under exceptional circumstances (as determined on a case-by-case basis), we may offer the following alternatives:
  1. Long Pause - In case of health-related issues.
  2. Change of Start Date - Applicable only if the program has not yet commenced.
  3. Transfer of Membership - You may transfer your membership to a friend or relative, provided the program has not yet begun.
